The translation of that is something along these lines: "I just lifted these steaks off the back of a semi. They're hot, and I can't sell them to a local grocery store because I don't have a business permit to do so. Could you please give me money for my ill-gotten gains? I have to move them quickly before the police find me, and before the meat turns too green..."
