House committee approves gay marriage bill

A House committee on Monday advanced a proposal to legalize same-sex marriage in Washington state, and the Senate is expected to vote on its companion bill within days.

The full Senate in Washington votes tomorrow (Wed). In addition, the House in New Hampshire may vote on their marriage repeal bill on Wed as well. Also, the Maryland Senate Judicial committee is holding their hearings today (Tues) at 1pm (est). Stay tuned for further updates!
