The mom admits she had her children LOCKED in a basement room. If she said, I didnt have the strength to find the key they would be gone.

HELLO people this women just admitted that she endangers her kids lives!!!
This is clearly child endangerment, neglect and abuse.

Anyone also that would admit they were getting rid of their dog should have NEVER got one.
Pets are like kids, its a life time CHOICE.
Oh sorry honey we cant feed one more child get rid of one. SICKENING!!!!

I urge everyone to call child services in MD.
This women clearly needs guidance.
