He did represent the village in the court of law.Both should be held response-able for their actions.He fined people for their actions.He did worse, now no one is accountable for their actions.Step up and face it like a man.Pay the fine and maybe go to jail.Tell me they do not know what is right or wrong.

Everybody in the Village Hall should have known something was not right. Quite as it kept. The Mayor, Trustees and the Director was not minding the store or they were a part of it. Lock them all up.

U are absolutely clueless and had you sat in on any of the hearings conducted by Mark McCombs you would have known that something was clearly admist.
