Study: Immigration debate fuels hate group growth

A new report suggests illegal immigration is fueling a spike in hate groups across America.

It seems stragne to me about this story. Any one who objects to what this groups wants must be a hate group. It is evident that people will object but that does not mean they are hate mongers. Illegal immagraints are not abiding with out laws. I always believe law brakers were to be taken care of.

I dont think that hate and violence is they way to stop the illegals in this country. Hate groups have no place in Oklahoma or the USA. Is that they way they want thier kids to think or act? I dont, I want a safe and legal system that would give everyone a chance to come to america. It does need reform. They should all have to do the same thing that they are doing now, but make it harder. They must all speak and write english, the national language. If they cant do that, then they are not give citizenship. They should all have jobs and pay taxes, just like all of us do. They should also be given a "probation" period- if they get into any trouble with in that year they are deported and not allowed to return.

It is easy to sit here and say what need to be changed. What really matters is that everyone is HUMAN and deserves a change at life. It just needs to be done the legal way.

Nice try, Rusty. Please drive through. What Rusty DOESN'T state is how increased numbers of participants in "hate groups" is directly related to economic indicators. For example, when the economy declines, typically you will see increases in crime - including violent crime. To tie it to the debate over the sovereignty of our nation is a classic bait-and-switch tactic of the mainstream media. Rather Cochran-esque there, Rusty. "Ignore the evidence...if the glove don't fit." You know the rest. The "number of groups in Oklahoma have declined" is followed up with "819 people were victims of anti-Hispanic crimes in 2006." Hmmm. What is the methodology for those numbers? Clearly this is one of the poorly developed news stories in News 9 history. Could it be that they are simply trying to further the anti-1804 sentiment that the Chamber puppies desire? Could it be that News 9 is making sure those advertising dollars keep coming in from the foes of borders, language and culture? Yep.
