Ok, so the County rolls in to the help Robbins PD. the problem still remains, the place is full of incompentent boobs right up to the steroid fueled "Commander". No reputable agency will work along side these bumbling idiots. If the County takes it over, you may see a difference. As long ad their is a Robbins PD, there will be more of the same.

I read that kids from Oak Lawn, Orland, etc. go to Robbins and buy drugs on the street corners. Maybe the State Police taking over Robbins and turning that police station into a State Police station with State Police patrolling those streets will stop the dealing on the corners. At least we'll know handguns and rifles won't end up in a garbage barrel next to the rape kits. If the City of Robbins cannot afford adequate policing, the State can!!!

Its been alleged for yrs that police in Robbins bust the users and let the dealers run because there are a lot Robbins Police related to the dealers, ie: Brothers, Sisters, Nephews, etc. State Police would be a better bet if they are allowed to do their jobs.

State Police only do seat belt tickets. Cook County would be a much better option

I grew up there and Robbins has always been a place to buy drugs. The only reason why they want to crack down now is because all the white kids are getting hooked on heroine

I was on the Robbins Fire Department from 1987-1992 and was the first White Full Time Firefighters and Promoted to Lieutenant -Fire Inspector.
I served under the Command of Charles B Lloyd Sr. One of the best Fire Chiefs I could have ever ask for!
My fellow Officers and Firefighters were Professional and my friends.
The Police patrolled the streets, responded to Emergencies, and were concerned for everyones safety.
Robbins is all good memories because of the People!
