I think he knows this. The question is why? Why put yourself in that position so that was the only option.
I agree with you. Why did he grab the knife in the 1st place? Why did he not drop the knife when told too? Why would he put himself in that position is unbelievable, but what is even more unbelievable is that he would stab a police officer and his family is shocked that he was shot after stabbing a police officer. Well you know the family is now running around shouting SHOW ME DA MONEY.

Ya see, he wasn't stabbed in an artery and bled out. He sustained a minor wound and was treated at the scene. I know carpenters have that happen to them every day and nobody gets shot.
Ok a carpenter accidently stabs himself. That is called an accident. A crazy teenager stabs a cop and by the grace of God it was only a minor injury from what you are saying.
Here is the differece. The carpenter would not stab himself a 2nd time. Given a 2nd chance a crazy out of control teenager with a weapon can cause serious damage or even death. It is never ok in any circumstances to stab anyone let alone a police officer who is armed with a gun.

Have you ever been in a situation where there was no turning back ...these are human beings also. They are men in a situation lets discuss really? In a perfect world life is not perfect and for you to discuss then the police should have never been called rewind! And unfortunately we can't

If I could only understand what you are trying to say...
Yes, the world is not perfect. Police officers are not perfect. They make mistakes.

Maybe because he was mentally unstable and unable to understand instructions as you and I would. Yes, the family has hired a lawyer and all of us will be paying for mistakes made.

It figures you would have no clue the comparasons made to your very dumb post. Go back re-read both posts very slowly and see if you can figure it out. If you are unable to figure it out have someone else read it and they can explain the difference between a carpenter accidently stabbing himself and a crazed out of control teenager stabbing a cop and getting shot.

The comparison was made to the injury, but it is useless to explain to people who can not spell.
