For some of you who may not be up to date on world evangelization, the 1040 window is our most difficult target area.<quoted text>
Your first paragraph is especially interesting to me that Peter went east and Paul went west. The far east which is part the (1040 window) is still the most difficult to reach. Long link may not work-it is a map of the 1040 window.
"He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation".
There are many denominations seeking to take the gospel to the nations. The catholics are doing a fairly good job with that so do the mormons and others,if you approve of them-I think we need all the help we can get.
My church works through Christ for the nations. We have a dozen or so missionaries in the 1040 window. I get regular email updates from them. China is responding pretty good and we even have some workers in muslim nations. But it doesn't work the way it does here and in nations outside of the 1040 nations. There are massive obstacles to overcome. We have one family I know very well in an islamic nation, they work at an every day job learning the culture and the language. Sometimes it takes many years to get in a place where God can use them mightily. Those nations do not have many if any christian churches, most operate underground. Success will come slow.I can visualize the danger and trials the apostles must have gone through.
I fear that time is running out on us.
