Sex Offender Forced to Put Warning Signs on House & Car

Hudson, Kansas, home to 150 people, is better known for its flour than its registered sex offenders, but an unusual court sentence is bringing a lot of attention to the small town.

Hasn't the judge ever heard of "road rage"? What if some redneck decides to use their truck to run Schad off the road? Most people wouldn't really care if Schad got killed (and frankly, I would guess that most people here would do it if they could get away with it; don't lie). Juries would most probably vote not guilty to the guy that ran Schad off the road.

However, I'm concerned that someone who may run off Schad off the road may cause him to run into a bunch of school kids or pedestrians. Has the judge considered THAT?? I hope that if someone decides to kill Schad in this manner, they make sure there are no other people around who may get hurt.

Out here, we can find them even without the lawn signs. They don't like this nieghborhood too much after their picture and name pops up on the Megan's Law site! We are really diverse culturally and racially around here, but baby rapers get no love. GET THE F*** OUT!

True, we've seen a few 'victims' recently who really weren't victims... they were liars. Also I recall a few minors getting labeled as sex offenders for having sex with another minor. I'd just like to get all of the facts first.

I am not taking up for him but this does seem to go a little too far. Why is he the only one who has to do this. If you want to know if there are sex offenders living around you then look it up on the net. That is how I found out one of my neighbors is a sex offender. Now if they done this to EVERY person convicted of rape I would say GO FOR IT! But not just single out one.

This whole sex offender frenzy is getting to the point of ridiculous, the definition of a sex offender is so distorted these days its madness. We put a horny, yet dumb eighteen year old girl or boy having sex with another horny, yet dumb sixteen year old in the same category as some freak of nature molesting an 8 year old. Or how about the dumb fifteen year old boys and girls having nude pictures of other dumb fifteen year old boys and girls on there cell phones, yep their sex offenders just like the person raping a 12 year old or even raping a women or man.

I hate, yes hate those who violate the innocents of a true sex offender does, but the definition of a sex offender is so distorted now I think we as a society have lost its true meaning.

FYI - an 18 year old having sex with a 16 year old is not illegal in FL, but I get your point and I agree.

The law varies from state to state, but once a single state labels you a sex offender, you are a sex offender in all states.
