Congrats Mrs. Lamar!!! I have witnessed first hand how your enthusiasm for teaching has had a profound effect on my son and his classmates at Callahan Middle. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to our children! I wish every child could be lucky enough to have teachers who are as dedicated as you and the rest of the facility at CMS.

Jean demonstrates the highest level of professional commitment and skil in her work with students and colleagues. To carry out her professional reponsibilities, she gives generously of her valuable time, often extending beyond the school day.
Jean Lamar's passion for excellence has touched our everyday lives. I have never met a more dedicated or finer teacher. She aptly deserves to become the next Florida Teacher of the Year, Jean has what it takes to become the National Teacher of the Year.

Mrs. Lamar is one of my teachers at Callahan Middle School. She is a wonderful teacher and she deserves to win state.
