Sonoma County is a beautiful place indeed.

This graphic lists 44 regional parks, and 355 "good" air quality days each year.

At the same time, its economic climate is continuing to improve, and many new businesses are setting up.

Nice area, I live here, but dang, since the hoitey toitey grape growers have moved in, prices have sky rocketed all over! The general (common folk) population is really struggling and many are thinking of moving out. Great for those with money, they can move in an buy into property that others had to give up and the rich can take over Sonoma County and the whole atmosphere will have changed and the Sonoma County of the days of yore will be gone ...like the dodo bird.
Will be a sad day indeed.

My neighbor offers cash for the places either side and 11 months free rent in one of his "doors" in Oakland or Fresno. Phooey. My neigbor on the other side says their Great uncle is buried right in front of the kitchen window. If they move they got to move him or just hope plenty hard on no digging ahead and for sure not give a forwarding. Fresno? I'd rasther never visit Fairfield.

Hello Sonoma,

.
We first came here to work the Opera at the Grove for the annual encampment. That is when we fell in love with the area. We were privileged to have seen at least the orchestra rehearsal for the JumboTanz dancing company at the Grove. Truth be told Mel saw a bit of the performance at the Dress. Then they kicked him out, their performance secrecy is unreal...and for good reason, he now says, but won't say much more. The valleys, Green especially, and the hills and meadows and general sweet beauty of the area have kept us happily here, even after Mel got fired and blacklisted for sneaking that peek at JumboTanz. Now he works at Schellville and drives all the way through the beautiful valley past the lavender fields back and forth to the river and home.

Hi Ma,
What to say about the fish?
I think you got took. That stuff was old and funny runny to start off. When we put it out for the two days under the salt and sugar it just kinda disappeared into a puddle of smelly stuff you wouldnt believe and the cat started hollerin something fierce when we put it down near his dish and even the flies took off. Some of them flies has been pets here for years and now they are mad and gone away. I think your pastor is a bit off too for giving you that stuff and you shouldnt let him stay without paying rent. That story he told that ended with the bit " izza bear catholic, does the pope poop inna woods?" I dont think that was pastor like. Nope.

Our regularly scheduled services are hereby cancelled again this week due to similar difficulties remaining beyond our continued control. The next agenda item is to ask the members of the Honor Society to please check and see if they inadvertently have somehow happened by chance to unintentionally have taken the silverware from our last dinner. The catering manager states that absent this silverware's return he will be unable to host our group again and we will be charged.

I eat here all the time. The food is easy nearby, the parking is sweet and helpful, the waitress is clean seats and plenty of paper, the menu is well lit and the prices is no tip.
