Attention Urban Logic: Job opening in Redlands!!

Our city manager has probably spent $176,000 to have his friends--I mean "consultants "-- tell him what to do. And cost us $300k a year on top of that!

Just a correction, Alan Kapanicas DOES NOT work for Urban Logic Consultants, he is his own independent consultant firm called GGMS (Global Government Management Services) and is known throughout the State of California as a budget "guru!"
