Jan Werner, the operator of a Bloomington medical marijuana collective, said the U.S. Department of Justice's directive not to prosecute cases in which medicinal cannabis is used in compliance with state laws "gives us a little sigh of relief." Arsenic is all natural. Asbestos is all natural. Cadmium, lead, mercury are all natural. Oleander is all natural. Stinging nettle, poison ivy, hemlock, hyacinth, and castor beans are all natural. All are toxic or carcinogenic just like most of the chemicals in marijuana.
As long as there is human life there will be idiots like you.
You must have eaten too much Arsenic and Asbestos as a kid, because none of those have really anything in common with cannabis, except half of those things share the distinction of being plants. Stinging nettle, once boiled, has its' own benefits. Hemlock being as toxic as cannabis? Yeah, because I'm sure Socrates would have tried to commit suicide first by smoking a lot of weed.

Marijuana prohibition has only created more problems and has not reduced the consumption of marijuana use, and will certainly never reach the unattainable goal of a drug free society. With such a goal, accomplishment of this concept is doomed.

Promoting healthy habits and encouraging attainable goals will decrease marijuana use as opposed to prohibition. Criminalizing has only led to increased government spending on incarcerating violators.

Social service needs also increase due this incarceration mentality. Dependent spouses and children will have to rely on tax supported government services when the bread winner of the family gets jailed. Further increasing government spending of all of our tax paying dollars.

Cut taxes!

Raise revenue!

Stop special interests from bankrupting yours and your children's future!

Decriminalize Marijuana!

Support AB 390!

Government needs to get out of private citizens' lives!

You don't make any sense. You're the perfect argument against smoking too much weed. Thanks for proving my point.

The law is the law. Communities should abide by the laws of the states they are located in. Their citizens are expected to.
To do otherwise sends the wrong message that you can disobey laws you do not agree with.
Many cops I have known do not particularly like some laws on the books but they do their jobs irregardless of personal opinion.
As they say if you do not like a law work on changing it.
Don't break it.

I'm so sick of this new-age hippie junk. It's no wonder after the 60's this country started going to hell. The founding fathers had no intentions for America to become what it has, and that is a homosexual, drug infested wasteland. The greatest generation that fought WW2 never intended for this either, and I guarantee if we knew what was coming, we would have beat our kids 10 times harder than we did in the 50's to prevent the 60's.
This is a sad, sad time in America folks. Focusing on drugs, gays, welfare, it's pathetic. We worked out tails off for years to build humanity's greatest empire ever, and now all you young fools are throwing it all away.
You get what you deserve. I'll be dead soon enough, I hope you all wallow in sorrows for the rest of American time. Patheitc.
Well be smoking fat joints on your lonely loser grave!
