Americans are so effing stupid these days and they will continue to get less and less intelligent thanks to Bush's school policies.

I used to think "No child left behind" meant all children were getting educated. Instead it means no child is failing due to not being educated unless the parents fail them in order to teach them a lesson.

Do parents even have this sort of time on their hands these days? No.
