You say it was ALL her fault, but then you follow up saying that you can't blame the agencies, they are over worked and how she could kill them just as soon as they left. Well, they never checked, and payed thousands of dollars per month for over a year after they were killed. You claim they couldn't find her. I point out the checks being sent. You defend them again, claiming it's electronic payments. So what! They still know where she is, as does her bank, and DMV.
Typical government double speak, revisionist history, and CYA actions.
People must hate having you work for them. You say one thing and then when confronted with the facts, you change your position, claim you always had that position and then start sending out emails to invent/bolster your case.
I hope the case workers get charged as well as the animal mother and the boyfriend. Doesn't this sound too familiar to anyone else? It was in DC 6 months or so ago...

The Maryland Department of Human Resources said Thursday that it did visit the home of the Calvert County woman being investigated in the possible deaths of two of her three adopted daughters in January 2008.

She was suitable to adopt in 2001 and 2004, this is 2008!!!!

Regardless, the fault lies with her. She was entrusted with those children's life!!!! She killed those children.

This is an assumption, or more a educated guess...You still work (get a check) for/from the government. Still make excuses for yourself instead of taking responsibility, and are a drain on whatever organization is tasked with babysitting your dumb ass until retirement, or more probably some sort of BS disability claim.
