Booked up for now, but Wiley will return

Wiley Hilburn, psalmist of North Louisiana and Poet of the Good Ol' Boys, has given me permission to update you on his condition.

Wiley is definitely in the right place. I was diagnosed July 30 in Shreveport and I'm so grateful for what I've been able to accomplish here in Little Rock. Multiple Myeloma is their specialty & that's why I'm here.

I'm now in Remission and getting ready for my 2nd Stem Cell Transplant tomorrow. I look forward to recuperating afterwards and will return to my home in Shreveport.

Good luck Wiley. I do love reading your columns & hope you return to writing soon.
