I know these two girls.They are very nice.Just because they have kids but never been married dont matter.Im sure they wont take the welfare checks they get for the kids to pay the fines.

if the parent or parents are in jail, and there is no one that the parents can trust to keep the child, then the child goes into DFCS custody.

Girls like this don't care who their kids are left with. Their brain is so consumed with the next fix, they don't think about who they can trust. The kids are better off in the custody of DFACS.
