3 more suspects have been arrested associated with the Boston Bombings. All have connections with the surviving brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Dartmouth University.
Dias Kadyrbayev, Asamat Tazhayakov, both nationals from Kazakhstan and in the U.S. on student visas. Robel Phillipos is a U.S. citizen and lives in Cambridge a suburb of Boston.
These men and the surviving Boston Bomber suspect were friends and/or fellow students.
FBI affidavit is available to read in full on foxnews.com website.
Tazhayakov was dismissed from the university because of a academic dismissal which meant his student visa was terminated in early January, he left the U.S. but then, he re-entered the U.S. on January 20th in New York. This information was in the Department of Homeland Security SEVIS system before Tazhayakov re-entered the U.S. on January 20th.

Why was he allowed to re-enter the U.S. His visa was terminated and that information was in the SEVIS system. How did this oversight possibly happen?

This information was given by a official on condition of anonymity because this person is not authorized to discuss details of the immigration status of Tazhayakov.

DHS spokesman Peter Boogaard claimed Customs and Border Protection had recently reformed it's information system and had not been notified of Tazhayakov's status. Then later revised his statement to say the systems was still under reform...

Glass-Steagall was one of the many necessary measures taken by Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the Democratic Congress to deal with the Great Depression.
The policy response was to erect a wall between investment banking and commercial banking. It outlasted the Berlin Wall by a few decades. In the 1990s, as another bull market took hold, momentum in the Clinton Administration built to overturn Glass-Steagall. In April 1998, Sandy Weill's Travelers, which owned Salomon Smith Barney, merged with Citicorp. The following year, Congress passed and President Clinton signed the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This law effectively deleted the prohibition on commercial banks owning investment banks and vice versa.
By Willian Jefferson Clinton (D) repealing Glass-Steagall, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, it is a fact Bill made "Too Big To Fail" Banks Possible. Yes, everyone has heard of them, Obama paid and assured they keep their Multi-Billion Dollar bonus's and in fact is attempting to get the scam going all over again pushing Sub-Prime Loans for those that do not pay as part of his Social Justice Agenda.
Interesting thing about history...there's always lessons that should have been learned!

If you no longer say poor old Bush had to deal with a Dem Congress then I won't point out the Clinton had a Republican veto proof majority to deal with since it was the Repub Senate and House that pushed through the Gramm-Leach-Bliley bill, all Repubs by the way. Remember, Sen Phil Gramm (R) Texas.....

I'm surprised that your not celebrating this anniversary Packing Fudge. It's 10 years ago today the Prez Bush landed on the aircraft carrier announcing the end of military actions in Iraq. LOL You know they don't have the "Mission Accomplished" Banner in Bushes Library.

You know your citing a Dem President FDR is so so cute. Yes the Glass-Steagall Act needs to be brought back..It's so what Sen. Elizabeth Warren wants brought back...see.. you can work with Dems. We Liberals have been calling for Glass-Steagall to be re-instated since the Crash. Glad that you support it. What would be even better if you called on your OK Senators and Congresspeople to do the same.

You know if I didn't know better, I would think since Heat's post have been Benghazi...Clinton....Benghazi .. someone is getting sweaty at the thought of Dem candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016.

That's why we are all waiting for Issa's Benghazi House hearing...Those Republican lawyer's claiming that their candidates are 'whistle blowers' are even Republicans stable of Attorney's from the Clinton era.

During the next couple of years if Hillary keeps her foot in, I bet we're going to do Whitewater, Vice Foster, the whole shebang...all over again.

So maybe you can trot out ole Jeb Bush, to bad his momma said there's been enough Bushes as President...

With Papa Bush and G.W. and then her other son Bill, Mama Bush has had a lot of influence on the White House.

:-)

Remember when President Bill Clinton said such glowing terms about the Bush Family, Hillary was sitting on stage smiling and nodding her head in agreement!

I always thought First Lady Barbara Bush had a no nonsense attitude for the matriarch of the Bush Family. It wasn't until later that I realized she had to have a wonderful sense of humor to deal with all the high profile family members she had. I liked the Silver Fox and respected her.

Not in the least you pathetic fatass porkie pig. Hillary can't be any worse than that Purple Lip Kenyan has been for the poor people. I have to say Obama has really been good for me financially speaking but an absolute failure for the middle-class, the poor and Seniors in this country.

In fact Hillary will have a busy schedule campaigning for president while fighting charges of treason and obstruction charges that are likely to come as her and Obama's Benghazi Scam as Darrel Issa brings it out into the open and the cover-up is un-covered.

During the next couple of years, that is exactly what is going to happened you ignorant dolt! Watch!

Relax you fat obese pig, I'm not trotting anyone one out for anything, I just watch like everyone else does.

When ever I do drink a beer or two it would not have been Lone Star. Just knew a lot of Texans drank it when we visited people in the state. I didn't think it important to keep up with what went on with Lone Star. Good old Bourbon and water was good for me.

Jay Carney when questioned, claimed Benghazi "was a long time ago" which I guess was code for "no longer important". As you know I had serious issues when Benghazi happened and this administration's response. The official word from the White House and State Department immediately sent up red flags. Nothing officially has gotten better even after Hillary's testimony I was less than impressed by her statement "what does it matter?". Wrong question considering real people lost their lives due to this incident. As I said approximately 8 months ago Benghazi isn't going away the harder the White House and State Department dragged their feet the worse it looks for the administration, and to those who lost love ones and those who serve in harms way this is a serious infraction. Then Carney made a mistake by furthering the unbelievable, by stating that no one and no attorney had made a request for security clearances to review classified material. The hearings are almost upon us and I know for a fact on April 16th and again on April 26th letters were sent from Darrell Issa (R-CA) Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, requesting security clearance be obtained posthaste. Victoria Toensing is representing at least one of the whistleblowers and clearance for her should takes a matter of minutes due to her previous work and prior security clearances held. She is the real deal and will not go quietly into the night. She will represent her client and she knows the ropes of the Washington insiders. She knows the gamesmanship in politics, she is a veteran of these shark infested waters. Even Bob Beckel remarked yesterday that the whistleblower who had retained Victoria was "very well represented and the truth will come out".

This administration's handling of this is abysmal. From Obama down I haven't believed what the "officials" are saying. Regretfully, I feel Benghazi has the potential to damage Hillary for 2016 unless it can be shown that the White House, i.e., Obama refused to allow additional security and refused to retrieve our people in harms way when assets were available. If Hillary is directly involved with the decision to refuse additional security and in failing to request for available assets to be sent to retrieve our people who were fighting for their lives, it will be a deal breaker for me. I would not support her.

Classy? Hell yeah!!! I know classy women who wear all kinds of boots and look sexy to boot (pun fully intended). Western dress boot and well cut jeans are sharp as hell and still be casual. Then depending on the boot style high heeled boots matched with a well designed ensemble makes a positive impression.

Oilman, you need to broaden you horizon's the women who hang out at bars and behind alley ways and wear clothes where more is exposed than covered up and just happen to put a pair a spikey boots with gaudy buckles aren't the only women in the world. Come to think of it they are often seen with wildly colored hair and they aren't classy women!

Hello Jesse, Victoria has a well earned established reputation. I feel confident she will represent her client to the very best of her ability. I think much more will be revealed about Benghazi.
