Tazhayakov was dismissed from the university because of a academic dismissal which meant his student visa was terminated in early January, he left the U.S. but then, he re-entered the U.S. on January 20th in New York. This information was in the Department of Homeland Security SEVIS system before Tazhayakov re-entered the U.S. on January 20th.3 more suspects have been arrested associated with the Boston Bombings. All have connections with the surviving brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Dartmouth University.
Dias Kadyrbayev, Asamat Tazhayakov, both nationals from Kazakhstan and in the U.S. on student visas. Robel Phillipos is a U.S. citizen and lives in Cambridge a suburb of Boston.
These men and the surviving Boston Bomber suspect were friends and/or fellow students.

Why was he allowed to re-enter the U.S. His visa was terminated and that information was in the SEVIS system. How did this oversight possibly happen?
