A 27-year-old Franksville woman is facing felony charges after she stole more than $20,000 in cash, jewelry and memorabilia from a Caledonia home so she could pay her brother's legal bills.

If the reason was to pay legal bills, this is makes those actions by her legal as a person has a right to a competent attorney at the taxpayer's expense.
