John White is a murderer and should have gotten charged that way. He should be in jail 25 yrs to life, not out running around on our streets. Wow! he's got some nerve getting bailed out of jail, getting to spend Easter with his family, then bragging about it and going back to work on monday in Brooklyn. Maybe he can get another illegal gun while he is there. This is a total disgrace. I don't blame the boys family for being upset. The only thing they get to do with their son for Easter is visit his grave. This man should be in jail. I hope he does get an appeal maybe they will actually get a jury with some kind of intelligence and a judge who is not a total idiot. She should be removed from the bench and totally disbarred. White should be in jail and the black activists groups should stay out of it. This was not a race issue, but they made it up after the fact to get White off. BOO HOO! He grew up in the south and moved up here. He should have stayed there. He's got the backing of all the RACIST black advocates?? Nobody sees anything wrong with that? You didn't see the KKK or the White Ayran nation showing up behind the boys' family did you? Because they are not like that. They have been called Skinheads (why cause the father is bald?) Punks and racists. Why? Because of the way they look? Isn't that being racist and discriminating against them? Now they want the VICTIM's father arrested because he "threatened" the murderer's son. He was upset and angry and over emotional at that moment. I don't blame him, but he didn't mean it. How many people can say that they have never said anything bad during a total emotional meltdown? That is all it was. Leave this poor family alone. White, his family and attorneys really got some rocks. He's a murderer walking around on the streets and he feels threatened? People be careful cause JOHN WHITE is still on the loose!! Now he gets police protection in the form of a SCPD squad car sitting in front of his house 24/7? Guess who's paying for that- me and you. I don't want my tax dollars spent that way. Let him and his activists friend arrange and pay for private security. He and his family couldn't be bothered calling the police the night of the murder (they had 20 mins to do so before the boys even showed up) so why should they get them now? Because the cops took his guns and ammo away-that's why. I'm so disgusted with this whole thing. The Suffolk DA, the judge and jury all failed the boys family. Now we got a murderer walking the streets.

I think Mr White was justified killing that kid. Let's take an objective look at this. These kids are at a party, more than likely there was drinking at the party. If this kid has a temper and is as ignorant acting as his father, I can only imagine his tempermant when he went to Mr White's home. Why did race have to come into this, his father brought race into this. It could have been one human being shooting another human being, but no his father interjects race into the scenario. I'm sure his big bad loud mouth kid did the same thing when he thought a black kid disrespected his white (girl) friend and decided to go , with his friends to Mr White's home to confront his son. If I had rowdy kids regardless of color come to my home with the intention of causing trouble and hurting my family member I would arm myself as well. If one in the bunch tried to disarm me and maybe use my weapon against me , I would have blown his A__ away to. Next time, don't attempt vigilante justice, call the law and let them do what they're paid to do. And to make it worse the girl involved in this debacle admitted making the whole thing up. Now if the vigilante bunch got hold of this kid and had beaten him to a pulp or worse killed this kid, this same grieving big mouth father would have mortgaged his home, hired the best attorney he could afford, cleaned his drunken kid up in his little black suit and pleaded for mercy from the court saying his kid made a mistake and please let him off with probation and anger counseling. Well his punk A__

Hey Moron, why do you say that he is ignororant acting? Because he blew up on TV after such a horrible verdict in the death of his boy? You cant blame the man for that. And how can you say that the kid deserved to die? How is it that you are so HATEFULL to the man and his son? I wonder what truly motivates you in this.
