I like some of his ideas, but since he is a person of color like Obama, I am reluctant to vote for him. I know what you are about to say, don't. I've questioned myself about this a million times and am still on the fence.

My my..since when does color mean you can't vote for someone. I see Dr. King's dream has not been acheived. We still judge on the color of the skin and not the content of the character.

I sometimes believe that Ohio has more racists than the south.

Hey, why wouldn't they like him. Free pizza!

I mean, have you had one of those pizzas? If he can sell them to people, he can surely handle the world's problems.

Tea Party rallies continue to be mini versions of the rallies the Nazis held at the famous Reichsparteitagsgelände - just substitute Hitler for the latest facist dictator wanna be. Shame what the Republinazis are doing to this country.

The media is so disingenuous. Why don't you bring up the fact that he was THE HEAD OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF KANSAS CITY instead of trying to give him the grass roots image of "pizza man". Federal reserve = THE PROBLEM

The man also has a BA in mathematics from Morehouse, an MS in computer science from Purdue and worked as a ballistics expert for the Department of the Navy.

A quick tour of the high taxed cities and rust belt areas should remind you of your sides communist leanings with a healthy doze of nazi input.

The mainstream media always fails to mention the long time Patriot Ron Paul who has been warning about the dangers we now face for a very long time.

Cain seems fairly close to Ron Paul on many issues. The media keeps revering to his pizza career but they always leave out the part about him working for the FEDERAL RESERVE for a few years. Maybe be learned his lesson and has changed his attitude towards the FED. A real journalist would ask him to put his current position on record and explain what changed between now and then.

"Cain was a former deputy chairman (1992–94) and chairman (1995–96) of the civilian board of directors to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City."

The mixture of Tea Party and the owner/originator of a pizza company called GodFather's is a bit scary. Not that I believe for one minute he would lead our country in true "Don" fashion...

And what's an African American man trying to get in on the Tea Party, anyway? I thought they were primarily KKK-card carriers?

Why does The Dispatch bring this story out so quickly, but is reluctant to bring out the story on State Rep. Robert Mecklenborg's DWI April's arrest in Indiana.

Does The Greatest Central Ohio's Newspaper need an invite to a event to report on something?

What happened to the crack investigative reporters of the past? It seems that The Despatch Runs on press releases.

We need less big business in government not more.

Government is not about making a profit.

Government is about "a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity".

Tea kooks like to say "I know somebody black." This Uncle Tom provides that opportunity and gives them comfort.

Let's see, the majority of "Tea Party" goers don't really support Republicans, so that comparison in and of itself is pretty interesting.

Note that the Tea Party really grew out of a Liberation point of view which falls on the complete opposite end of a true linear political scale than fascism.

There is much corruption and poor behavior brewing within the branches of Tea Party. It is something that many can no longer support. But the idea of supporting the freedom provided by the Constitution is still the roots of the movement. Real freedom is something both major parties seem to fear most.

However, the "fascist" claim you make is very interesting being that I don't believe you know what form of government that requires or who is really making political moves in that direction. Perhaps you should study the history of Hitler before you make such bold claims.

Nice racism. When a black man is a conservative you want to find a rope and a tree.
