Target Suspicious Incident Leads to Warrant Arrest by Fairfield Police

On Saturday at 12:45pm, Fairfield Police were called to Target in regards to "two women who were in the store and acting suspiciously." Security had apparently witnessed the women filling a cart with merchandise, but then leaving the store.
