Geez there are some grouches in here! Maybe I can't afford to decorate our home at Fishcake's prices, but I don't begrudge these wahines their business one iota. Most of us might keep our old stuff, take handmedowns and go to City Mill or Sleepland, but thse ladies are bringing some class to a broken down area, and they're not asking you for a handout to do it. Give new life to Kakaako!

Considering that we opened in December of 2007 and it's now July 2009 we are sorry to disappoint you but we're still around and going strong. Thank You to the locals who have supported us.

Yes, I agree Fishcake is a bit pricey BUT... the furniture holds up and is beautiful as opposed to the made in CHINA crap the homeworld, Inspiration, and the sorry excuse for a design centre have to offer.
With Stores like Fishcake, DWR and other hopefully the design of honlolulu will rise a bit because we suck when it comes to design!!!

I live in Lanikai and everyone here has enough money to shop at Fishcake. And what about Kahala and anyone on the beach? Everyone I know here has money. Haters must all live in Kalihi.
