Boy burned in southwest Idaho gas station fire

NAMPA, Idaho - A 12-year-old boy has burns covering up to 40 percent of his body following a gas station fire authorities say was started by the boy's older brother smoking a cigarette as he pumped fuel.

Just another stupid smoker ,damn shame his brother has to pay for it. Smokers cause millions of dollars in damages every year and untold pain. If you cause a fire by your stupid addiction you should be locked up. You or your estate should have to pay for full restitution for any damage.You should serve time for anyones pain.

I have seen a lot of people smoking while putting gasoline into their car. This is scary, makes me wonder how some people do not think about theirs or others safety. I hope this never happens again and this child has a speedy recovery.
