This is why we do not have anything in Cairo because people are afraid it will infringe on their business. This is not the 60's or 70's wake up people. Get on board or get left behind we should happy for it.

Not sure it would work, not enough riders. Guess you could have a station next to the Spirit House. Maybe the riders would be allowed to purchase the Big 40's now banned. But it would end up like New York city during a flood. Maybe use some of the secret tunnels already there, could save some constitution cost. Maybe run it up to Klondike and Future city.

Its amazing how hateful and negative you people are. You same people who are hoping this business don't succeed are probably the same miserable people who already don't have nothing going for themselves and hope the same for everyone else down here. All I can say is God bless all of you. And at the end of the day, YOU are the one who has to look in the mirror knowing you are the miserable and hateful type of person you are. You need to do all the positive people a favor and Kill Yourself!!

It is easy to be negative, ride from 2nd st to union both sides look at the residents, we have elected officials that could care less about the apearance, yes business is good but if people are scared to get out of their cars or stop, poverty for years here has been a great business for a few, if legal system worked who knows, every known program has come here to save the unfortunate souls, working people left but left the unfortunate souls who seem very satisfied, free rent some spending money hey even get free phone service, and on holidays we get more free stuff

What is sad it could be revived, the waterfront fair taxation on the property would do wonders, CPU valuable asset but needs a true manager with no political hacks interfering , airport and rail to market, two rivers that supply the world food, river lore a building we pay for but cannot use now the armory we pay for, somehow remove the families that continue to bleed it
