Tracks to be removed from bumpy Windber crossings

The bumpy ride will soon end for Windber Borough motorists using 21st Street. The borough has reached a settlement with Allegheny Southern Railway to remove two railroad crossings; one on 21st Street near McDonald's and another on Graham Avenue near D'Arc's Pizza Shop.
