I am interested in feed back from Scott Credit Union members concerning their experiences with on-line banking with Scott.
I have dealt with them in the past through a loan on a vehicle I had financed through them and always found them to be excellent in customer service but I haven't had a checking account with them.
I would appreciate other peoples feed back on SCU.

I have not had any problem with SCU as far as on-line banking.

Likewise, I am unable to get on-line at Regions. But then perhaps it could be my server.

I have been an SCU member for 15 years, and have been so because of the wonderful customer service. I am active duty and have spent the majority of my career overseas; therefore, I have been limited to doing most of my banking online. Everytime I do have an issue with something, I send an email, and someone gets back with me immediately. I, too, have a car financed with them, and again, I applied for the car loan online, the following day, I was called with an answer. Great service. I'm not just saying that...I already have my loan.
