I like some of the old music. Blues is my favorite. Old rock and roll. Computers now make it easy to access music. I like Amazon.com for music. You can listen to some of it before you purchase the cd. Then I burn my favorite songs onto another disk for the car.

Great Elvis song with words modified to apply to Trucker:

"You ain't nothin' but a drunk dog, collecting welfare all the time!
You may share a bunk bed with Michael, but you ain't no friend of
mine!"

I never work and I am a very unhappy person. Monya and I troll Cahokia Topix wanting people to be miserable like us. I yearn to suck a big dik but everyone turns me down cause they hate me cause I am a rotten no good basterd who never has anything good to say.

Back to the subject, my favorite music from the past is Motown. Diana Ross & the Supremes, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Stevie Wonder and the list goes on and on. The songs and the dance moves were just fantastic. Those were the days when you could actually understand the words to the songs unlike most of the music today. It is a shame they don't make music like that anymore.

I knew you or one of the other idiots would make some kind of a comment. You didn't let me down. Oh, yes I liked white groups but Motown was my favorite.

I think it was a good comment but as always the same group of people have to ruin it for those of us that like to talk.
Some people like blues, some motown and others the old country and early rock and the list goes on and on as to what your preference in music is.
Right now, Otis Reading is singing, The Dock of The Bay on 1430 AM.

Once again, not me. But I love listening to 103.3 It drives my kid crazy but I think she's catching on. I don't even listen to the country stations cuz theydont play old country songs.

There you go. People like different music and you can find a lot of it on the internet and some of it of the local radio stations.
88.1 FM is a local station that plays a variety of music.
One of my favorites is on Dish TV on Friday evenings where they showcase the old country singers and the musicians. To me that is a trip down through country hall of fame of country music.

We can't forget the real oldies like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Doris Day, Judy Garland, etc. They all had some very good songs.
