They also want all the money they paid for your AID's treatments An Angel. The Sauget Fire Department also wants you to pay all the Aid's test they had to pay for the entire fire department when they pulled a train on your skanky ass.

Here's what they did to me. Last year they knocked $100.00 off my bill because the home values had decreased nearly 30%.
This year they decreased the value of my home around 7 thousand dollars. When they did that they also lowered my exemption for being owner occupied from $6000.00 down to around $4200.00.
Now that my home has been devalued I owe more taxes than I did last year.
This is St. Clair County at it's best and the woman I talked was named Baxton.

I thought you had an order of protection on you not to talk to any women, or boys under 17. Plus i think that 4200 dollars would be way more than what your shack is worth.

Don't talk way about Pop's Girl or her anal sister, An Angel.
They can't help it if they were born with mental problems.
Their mother was placed in a mental institution and she was allowed to be bred by all the black men. That kept them quiet to have fat white white girls to hunch on.

Don't you people know how to have a serious discussion? This was supposed to be about taxes - that's it. Grow up - stop the name calling and stick to the subject.

Be cordial to neighbors, but do not get chummy. Costs too much to move away from them.

Trucker, why do you keep rehashing this issue? Your total property tax bill for the year is a WHOPPING $547.64. You and your brother own the house, so you split the bills, right?

So, your half of the yearly bill is $273.82. Surely, a single week of your unemployment welfare covers your half of the payment for an entire year.

Seriously - you're crying about paying a tiny tax amount that is being funded entirely by taxpayer money which funds your unemployment checks. You're not even earning the money to pay the tax bill.

You are what's wrong with Cahokia.

Get off Topix and get a job.

Are you in love with Trucker? He must have rejected you or you wouldn't be so obssessed with me. You need to get over that and stop thinking that everyone that posts on here is Trucker. Maybe you should get a job or a hobby other then making stupid comments on here.
I agree

If people want to discuss the taxes then do it and ignore the idiots that have nothing to say.
Some of things I've never been able to understand is why you may pay the TIF tax and your neighbor pays nothing into that.
How can a man that knows someone at the tax office get away with buying a house 3-4 years ago, completely remodeling the house inside and out and have the lowest taxes on the street.

Someone please explain these stupid taxes to me, My house is just average 3 bedroom house. On my tax bill they say the EAV is $12,417.00 and my taxes are $1,154.48. The house across the street from me has 2 bedrooms added on the side, was just rehabbed in 2009. Their EAV is $6,617.00 and their total taxes are $1,190.46. It's rental property so they don't get the owner occupancy discount. The house 2 doors down from me has a carport, basement, extra bathroom, and large family room added on. the EAV is $3,847.00 and their total taxes are $692.00. that is also rental property so they don't get the owner occupancy discount either. This house was totally rehabbed in 2010. Can somone explain why the biggest house only pays a total of $692.00 compared to mine of $1,154.48 and I do get the owner occupancy discount? How do they figure this?
