A St. Clair County judge on Thursday ordered that a 9-year-old boy charged with first-degree murder in connection with the beating death of a 14-month-old boy be placed in the custody of the state Department of Human Services.

In court Thursday, the 9-year-old sat quietly and looked straight ahead as prosecution and defense lawyers argued about what to with him: Whether he should undergo a psychiatric evaluation now or later, whether he should remain with relatives or be placed in custody of the state Department of Human Services, and whether he should be allowed to go to school.

The 9-year-old is charged with the Aug. 22 beating death of toddler Taquan Willis, in a home in Cahokia.

I agree with you. My democrat neighbor is mad at the governor for the dream act, illegal alien support, pension failure, not paying medical bills, the list goss on and on...but she still voted for him again.

read about Quinn and Enyart - they both support the Dream Act - they both support letting illegals enter the military to earn their American Green Card.

And Illinois is giving serious consideration to allowing drivers licenses for illegals. They say at the statehouse that with a license then the illegals will buy insurance so that the streets will be safer.
Sounds like Cahokia logic to me because there where people are here legally they dont carry insurance and if they do its the bare minimum that wont even pay your ER bill when they run into you
