School administrators are paid too much comparatively in this disadvantagd area. Most are warmed over coaches with shallow acdemic backgrounds.

A no vote is warranted on the Cadiz schools issue. Close-at-hand observation reveals that there is much waste that can be curtailed. This has been on going for the past 20 years from my personal experience. One would seriouly question the spending of several thousand dollars on the football stadium using the excuse of upgrading safety. Also why is there a reported deficit of thousands of dollars in the school cafeteria, even in spite of the Federal government's food program? How about this, Mr. Alleman?(sp?) Also, the Board of Education, in the upcoming election, should be carefully scrutinized from the standpoints of meaningful, educational background and past performance, epecially academics of the school system.
