What type of program(s) would you establish?

What types of programs do you feel need to be in place, if any, in the New Castle/Henry County area to give people who seek to get ahead, the opportunity? IMO, the government operated, and other organizations, are tied down in bureaucratic crap and/or simply has people in place whose only concern is payday. If you could make changes (non-political) to the area for the betterment of the people in this regard, how would you do it?

New Castle need a good whorehouse!!!!!
That would put unemployed women to work and many men would find jobs just to save the money up to go there!!!! It could be built in the shape of the Titanic because the workers there are bound to go down!!!!!! Michael could run it by hand until it got up and running!!! Then he could train all the towel jockeys!!!!!
We also need a good drug distribution house with a drive up window. People would come from far and wide for this.!!!! This would provide a major influx or money for the police dept. and all of New Castle!!!! This would require a lot of bookwork. I am sure that Michael could cook the books quite well!!!!!
This would provide a lot of trickle down money for all of Henry County.

To be honest I can't think of any. Maybe something to do with job training. Something in a advanced skill that would give the people of New Castle a leg up in a bad economy.

What I really want to see is something go into the old Chrysler that would employ thousands of people. I hope the mayor could bring a company in that will do that. I'm sure he is trying.

We already have the Danielson Center. Perhaps an expansion of the classes offered would be helpful.

If you're putting your faith in the mayor you might as well be staring at the hands on a clock to see what you can see.
