An apology to Plexico.

Over the past week or so, evidence has been brought to my attention that an individual accused of distributing false and misleading information about me, but who denied having any involvement, did in fact do so. False information about me was apparently distributed from three or four sources and I thought Plex was saying that all the information came from the one source, who could not possibly have had it. What info they did have was mostly wrong. To be clear, my home was not destroyed in a Tornado, there was never a "Dixie" in my family, and I could knock down the other bull crap put forth by this person, but won't do so here. Additionally, info passed about that I am, or was, a wife beater is also a total lie. I made the mistake of backhanding my first wife ONCE in an argument, and the look she gave me was crushing. I had never done such a thing before, and that look assured that I could never do such an ignorant thing again. The other info about me was equally defamatory. I have always freely admitted my errors in life and if anyone want's to know the facts, ASK ME! I have NOTHING to hide!

Anyway, in light of the recent info, I have requested that all pending litigation against Plex be dropped as well as her husband, not because he is wholly innocent in my opinion, but acting against him would harm her and I cannot, in good conscience, do that.

Additionally, all pending charges against Hope will be dropped as she offered an apology online for her actions and it appears it was genuine.

Now, rumor has it that two subpoenas have already been served, but I have not been able to verify this with my attorneys as different cases are being handled by different attorneys. I have not been able to contact all of them to confirm the claims. I assume the claims are true as I cannot fathom why they would say otherwise, but lying has no bounds for some. It was my understanding that it would be another two weeks before any papers went out.

Plexico, I am deeply, deeply sorry that I did not have all the information, and that I misjudged you. I should have had more trust in you given that YOU were THE ONLY ONE who called the sources I gave and confirmed that what I was saying was factual. The information I had, without all of the sources who gave it, just did not mesh with it all coming from the "Dixie" source, and it caused doubt in you.

I am also aware that I was subsequently given information about you that was untrue, but I thought was true at the time. I posted the insinuations here and I freely admit I did so out of anger and a feeling of being betrayed by you, and as payback because I then believed you had a hand in the gathering and distribution of the defamatory statements being spread about me. It was wrong of me to do so and I now believe the info given to me was a total lie. I know you are an honorable lady who is truly committed to your husband. I offer an apology to your husband as well in regards to my posts about you. I ask that you forgive me Plex for my actions and I hope our friendship can start anew and all animosity buried and forgotten.

If I had a better mind, I would have been able to realize this too. There can be so much deception on these boards that it is difficult to know who is full of it and who isn't. Although I have never seen any subpoenas posted(don't frequent that much), you SWORE they were and were true! What, can't keep everything you say straight? You really oughtta keep records of all your threats and accusations, if ya keep 'em straight it'll help you remember what you threatened who with!! Well Folks, lets hope he's not lying about the whole court thing, since it'll take me about 2 minutes to not only prove I have no clue who or WHAT this man is and couldn't possibly reveal what I don't know, it'll also only take about 2 minutes to have a countersuit presented to him that trust me, after a judge's time was wasted with his frivolous crap, and after a judge reads all of his threats('specially the one asking people to keep calling ME at all hours!), well folks, MY suit won't be lost! So come on guys, lets hope this court thing DOES come to fruit!

"Bill" and "Jimmy" claimed on here they got their papers, but who knows as it is known "Bill" is as big a liar as you are so I'm assuming he could lie about even that if his sick little mind found it humorous. I swore subpeonas were going to be served, but that it was my understanding from my attorneys that they weren't to go out untim the around the second week in July. THAT'S WHAT I SAID!! Of course, you AGAIN MUST twist the facts to suit your demented little ideas and save your lying face!!!

Stubby, are you aware that there are two people who have direct knowledge of your involvement and have agreed to testify against you and others if I grant them immunity!? Now, with all the records obtained from your posts where there is clear evidence of your willful and malicious defamation of myself and the foundation, and their testimony against you, do you REALLY think your stand alone testimony will fly!!?? Unless your "print outs" are subpoenaed from the sources, they aren't worth shit because they can be altered. I'll be happy to admit that I asked people to call you at all hours, BUT would you care to admit what lead to it!? If the judge is "already" making comments as is stated than a good cause for excuse of said judge would certainly be a valid argument in any case.

Another legal expert! LMAO. Judges frequently add their opinions to a case. The case he heard thus far was a motion to find cause to proceed and IT WAS for this case he rendered his opinion. That opinion has no bearing on the case(s) of defamation which are separate.

I hope you all are getting this "advice" from attorneys (no doubt local ones if so) because their "knowledge" is a guaranteed win for me and they will keep it tied up for months simply due to stupidity.
