This piece of trash beat a 3 year old to death and now the Henry Count prosecutor and judge are going to allow his to serve 3 years.
Where is the outrage in this community??I think people need to make it known that this will not be tolerated!
We can do something when election times rolls around!

It had nothing to do with the judge .... the police need to try covering their butts..... lol he didnt do it .... the older boy did ..... this man was unjustly incarcerated.... the neglect charge should be dropped.... the little girls mother was in the house .... She is the total waste of space..... there will be a counter-suit just like ralph jacobs a few years ago .... anyone not thinking the brother is not capable of pushing a child off the top bunk is simply turning their head and not wanting the little boy to be fingered with it .... this is the truth.

Glad to see it denied. It needs to go to trial. I just feel for the innocent little girl. However it happened, she's gone. Looked so sweet, and with children her age it hits home.

Yes it is great that it was denied! Now we go to trial in Feb! I still think the mother should of got more than what she did as well!

I 100% agree with you! And another thing Im sick of the media making her look like a "victim" in all this!! Lest we forget.. she was there and fully aware of the abuse going on in that house. And yet did NOTHING! There is no forgivness in my heart for her. For someone to IGNORE the abuse of their own children is beyond me! I was happy with knowing she will live the rest of her life with the guilt of not protecting Kaitlynne, but I doubt it.. and now she is pregnant AGAIN!..They should take that chile away also!
