I went to that store and couldn't get any service. They just keep helping everyone that came in while I was waiting at the counter. I will never go back!

I have never once had a problem with service. It makes no since how they helped everyone else why you stood at counter. It sounds like you are just another Topix troll. This place is great and doesn't need people like you trying to bring it down. If they were really helping everyone but you why would you continue to stand their? They have excellent service and not a person at my office has ever had trouble. People like you are why businesses fail in Lonoke County.

Ok I made it up! I didn't stand their after he started helping the people that just walked in. I was there for over 5 min leaning on the glass counter top and he was checking out people that just walked in. I hope they do fail!! And the people who walked in were young talking about drugs. I don't care If you believe me I'm just telling it how it is.

from what you described you were not at the register so if these people were walking in, they would form a line. A line that you were not in, probably just standing there didn't say a word, or ask for service.

No there wasn't a line just some kids hanging around. Guy at the register said high to me. I think he had someone in the drive through. I was waiting at the counter by the register and was going to ask him a question about one of there products and some other young guy came in and he went straight to him and and helped him. The store was great just poor service. I shouldn't have to ask for service if I'm standing at the front counter. I don't know of any business that you have to ask for service standing at the counter but I guess at the places you shop at they must all have poor service.

from what you said again, it's on you. The guy said "high" to you, then you just stood there EXPECTING him to read your mind and come to your aid while other customers who knew what they wanted when they came in went in line and got their needed items. How the store is, when you first walk in they ask if you need help. The sign outside says you must be 18 or over to enter, so they expect their customers to be adults and open their mouths when they need service, not badmouth the store on the internet. "closed mouths don't get fed"

Are you really that dumb? I went in there was two guys hanging out he had someone at the drive through. No one was at the register. There were some younger guys standing there talking. I'm waiting at the counter leaning on it so when he got done at with the window customer. He said high when I walked in. Never once was I asked if I need any help are anything else. While I was waiting on him to get done at the window he came back to chat with the younger guys. I'm waiting on him as I'm not rude and going to cut there chat session short. While I'm leaning on the counter there was another young guy come in that had just got out of jail for meth and the other young guys in there new him. Then he went back to the window and helped another car. He seen me looking at him when I was leaning on the counter. He came back from the window and preceded to check the guy out that just walked In. I've been in a bunch of smoke shops and I was about to drop $75 dollars their. There never was a line that's what I'm saying they have poor service period! He could of said ill be right with you are do you have a question but instead he was too interested in these younger guys. I say younger like 19-20 years old! Ill never go back. I knew what I wanted just had 1question about it the I was going to buy it and leave. Poor service!!! I shouldn't have to go in a mom and pop shop and ask for service this isn't Walmart! I guess you like poor service and enjoy interrupting people talking about jail and meth!

Why don't you call the manager or owner instead of trying to bring down a business? I'm sure he will appreciate you contacting him. Mistakes happen and I'm sure they would appreciate finding things out like this themselves. I understand you had a bad experience but it is not right to do what you are doing. Be proud of Cabot and what we have - if you have a problem, don't hide behind a computer.
Our Chamber works too hard for people like you to try to bring a place down and stop others from visiting just because of one bad experience that sounds like an honest mistake.
