Sawbucks food is ok but the way they talk to their staff is horrible. I was out front and jeard managers cursing employees on more then one occasion my husband likes their food but we both agree they should treat there staff better.

def will never go again.. too expensive for the not so good food! horrible service! they need more training.. they say they smoke their chicken but you can taste that its not smoked and is actually boiled.. our server never checked on us and only filled our drinks once.. there shrimp where tiny and you got small portions for your sides.. will def not be going back.

The thing is they are PACKED all the time so evidently these few little complainers arent hurting business. I really like that food and have had nothing but excellent service:) PLEASE stay in Cabot!!!!

I can assure u guys that there has NEVER been a chicken boiled in the sawbucks kitchen and titled smoked......New Restaraunt with some growing pains, If somrthing is wrong or service is unacceptable ,say something and give them the opportunity to fix!!!!!

i totally agree me and my husbnd went there and i ordered a tenderloin steak etc and there was six couples came in after us and they all got their order before we did i asked the waiter boy what was taking so long and he told me it was because i ordered a steak and they take a lot longer omg we had to wait one and a half hours for it and it wasnt that good after it did come out never again for us now i dont know about their breakfast menu but im not going back to find out

Yea ok u might have waited one and a half hours to be seated but never that long for food I know this for a fact....these cabot ppl don't want any kind of changes in this town at all. Y'all bunch of haters!

Don't generalize all of Cabot. Some of us are glad Sawbucks is here. I have eat numerous times at all three. Cabot is the worst of the three but is still A LOT better than some of the other choices around here. Still trying to work out some kinks but that is expected with any new business.

I agree, most new businesses, especially restaurants, go through "growing pains" when the place first opens. That is why I am attempt to be patient when it comes to staff being slow to serve, or seem to not really have the hang of what they are doing yet.

That being said, I'm not willing to risk my health while waiting for a restaurant to work out the "kinks". My experience at this particular place had to do with cleanliness-- or lack there of.

Now, after reading a few comments here about the leadership-- again, possibly the lack of-- and how the staff is being treated, I'm less likely to go back for a second try.

I have only been to Sawbucks the one time that I previously mentioned. What I saw was enough to make me avoid it.

You are correct. My point was after seeing the filthy condition of the portion of the kitchen area that I could see from my seat-- I did not want to partake of anything from the place.

If the rest of the kitchen was in the same shape that the public could see-- whew!! SCARY!
