I say NO THANKS to MUSIC MASTERS OF BYRON.
My daughter bought a guitar amp from Music Masters in Byron. Foster, the store owner/manager told me he knew she was lost and didn't know for sure which to buy. But he knew which one it was and said they were out of stock and reordering, but would not honor the promised price. So, he sold her one of half the power & less features, knowing that she could not get a refund even if it was not the right amp. His response was, "Well, our policy is no refund, especially since the financialproblems going on." So, he sold her an amp anyway, knowing it
was the wrong one with the idea of "But we got the sale".
So apparently even though my daughter's really uset & was crying in their store, he says it's because of her that they lost a big sale. Maybe it could be they saw the truth as well.
So, I say, NO THANKS to MUSIC MASTERS & their store credit. NO THANKS to MUSIC
MASTERS for any more of my business. But thanks alot MUSIC MASTERS OF BYRON that the right gift
she tried to get ended up being the wrong one & you wouldn't return her money, just because she was too upset.
I Hope you're proud of yourselves Music Masters. We'll be sure to tell many others. Oh wait, we already have & they're now many of your FORMER customers.
