Byron Center school board leader Mike Marshall resigns, was driver in a recent fatal accident

Mike Marshall Janice Wever Marshall's lawyer, Tom McCarthy of Grand Rapids, confirmed today that Marshall was driving a vehicle that hit Janice Wever, 50, as she walked on 108th Avenue, west of Homerich Street SW, near her home.

I'm glad to hear that Lisa Marshall is NOW IN JAIL! WE'VE WAITED TOO LONG FOR IT. I hope the Marshalls have an unhappy Thanksgiving and an unhappy Christmas for what they did. Killing a pedestrian with his car and taking off and getting his wife to tamper with information.
