Its about frickin' time.

WHY wasn't he indicted by a federal grand jury here in west Michigan? Millions of dollars in bankfraud not enough to get the attention of the US attorney's office? If not, if they gave him enough rope to try the same old scams and crap over in Wisconsin, then I think a few heads in the West Michigan office of the US attorneys' office, and possibly the FBI need to roll.

NOW.

I simply think the FBI let him run to either lead them to the money or knowing if he didn't have any money he would try it again and guess what? he did it again. Now they can and will throw the book at him. It looks like he won't be given the chance to post bail. I would say he should get ready to do a lot of time.(the only thing he has earned.)

Know your facts, FBI stated that he applied for the loan online from a barnes and noble store. Although I did like your grassy knoll comment.

whodo.... anything else you have to say.... Did you know that that when Vorce went to get loan documents that he requested under someone else's name, that the courier service that was delivering it was actually the FBI.... of course you didn't. you don't know anything so you can just leave posting comments to people who know the situation.

From all said, it sounds like Vorce doesn't have much of a conscience. Let us hope true justice (which would equate to a lengthy prison term) can instill one in him.

I really wish that they (Macatawa Bank, etc.) and local law enforcement would get serious about dropping the hammer on this guy so that I and the rest of West Michigan think that something is actually happening. It's kind of frustrating to watch someone still rolling around in nice cars, boats, and such after defrauding the bank you use for millions of dollars, which they will probably try to make up in ATM fees or something else.

If no one is going to do anything, than I guess this kind of behavior is OK and it would be nice for the state and the banks to let us all in on this way of making money for doing nothing. It sure beats working and look at the lifestyle you can lead.

More proof if you have anough money you can usually get away with anything in this country. Look at all the companies who have invented products and pills that kill. They make billions of dollars then get a small fine when they do something wrong and are allowed to continue with business as usual....at the expense of Americans lives. You can thank a republican for this kind of nonsense.

well rest assure if he was black we would have locked him up long ago... better yet he wouldnt have even got past the loan process w/o more proof of income/ person. I will be shocked if he gets any real time, even though he defrauded macatawa for 5 million.... mzkes you wonder why someone can rob a 7/11 for 100 dollars and get many years in prison, but when its a "white" collar crime you barely miss a meal at home!
