Not saying this is what happend, but it isn't a lot of students, it is a girl "and her 3 friends". Could they have it in for the teacher? Just an question for discussion.

although this mans actions are wrong, so are are this little teenage girls who find it acceptable to wear indecent clothing. 15 year old girls should make better choices than they do. it is up to their parents to teach them to be appropriate. if your dumb enough to show yourself off by wearing bad cloths, you deserve what you get.

Uh the teacher was supposedly putting the camera under the skirt. This has nothing to do with what the girl was wearing. I hope you get violated some day - then you will know how it feels to have the blame put on you. Dumb nut.

I wouldn't put it past the girls to be lying. I mean look at the last three local cases of "little" girls crying "rape" or "someone attacked me..." All lies.

But if there is hard proof...hang him!

Ouch. That crossed my mind too. It would not be the first time but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. But if they are lying I personally put a hex on them.

It has become so easy to falsely accuse someone and ruin their life. Why is it that we real from the idea of a young girl lying to manipulate and ruin someones life? It happens, it is pretty easy to get the attention and to get the police and counselors all on their side. I really hope that is not the case because false accusations are what make it hard for those who really have been violated. If they did make it all up - they should be prosecuted to the fullest. Of course, this guy will still have a record of being "charged" for the rest of his life.

Good point Duff besides being innocent until proven guilty. The man would have to be a complete idiot to take these pics in a school and think that he could get away with it.

This is the first that I have seen mention of a cell phone. When the story was up earlier, it was about a camera. I guess we'll have to see how it comes out. There were a lot of questions about the veracity of the girls and did not appear to be any evidence that could be connected to these girls.

I agree. If my daughter were a victim of something of this nature, this guy's cell phone would have to be removed from his colon.

You're obviously one of the people who don't beleive in accountability. If an adult female is attractive, regardless of clothing preference, does she 'deserve' to get raped. The last thing a parent needs to worry about is their children being victimized by the very people they've entrusted with their wellbeing. Get a life you liberal swine.

If this teacher is guilty then shame on him. But as a parent of a young daughter (6) I do not allow her to wear skirts that do not come with shorts attached. Even as she gets older I will require her to wear shorts under her skirts. And trust me she will not be wearing skirts or dresses that are not more that two inches above the knee. Society can not be trusted!! And I will do what it takes to protect my daughter from such filthy animals.
I am not in anyway saying that these girls asked for it or deserved it, I am saying we as parents need to protect our children at all costs. I do not care how old they are. Until my daughter reaches the age of 18 it is MY RULES!!

this has nothing to do with being liberal. You can't get more liberal than myself...and I think accountability is right on. You need to really read what is being said. This person is sounding like a stiff shirt conservative to me. being critical of how girls dress today. This persons ignorant comments have nothing to do with being liberal.

skirt was well within the lines of "appropriate" dress which is determined by the finger-tips of one's hand. Believe me, at Byron they will send you home for both shorts and skirts that are above the finger-tips in length. Mini-skirts are determined by fashion marketing anything above the knee in general. Although of course there are exceptions to this rule.

The story from all four students has never changed from the beginning. Each saw or experienced something different and all directly connect and fit as a puzzple. Also, he had several photos from two years ago saved on a photo card of exactly the same type of photos of another student. This card also held over 400 photos in folders of pornography. Like someone stated, once a sex offender, it is difficult to overcome.

I will weigh in on this one. Yes, the crotchless skirts Hollister sells to teenage girls is sickening. And then they wear thongs underneath them at 13,14,15 years old. It should be against the law for these stores to sell them to minors. My daughter knows she is not allowed to wear these shorts without shorts underneath. As for this teacher, if he took pictures of the girls packages he needs to be prosecuted. Parents need to take a role of responsibility as well. They need to police what these girls are wearing to school.
