will there be no charges in the death of this woman?

I check on this every few days. As of today, nope. If it had been an 18 year old who killed her, they would have already been in court and convicted. No manslaughter charges? Not even charges for leaving the scene of an accident? What about conspiracy, he did try to talk his wife into taking the blame? Disgusting.

Yeah I keep checking on it too. I'm afraid he was too far "inside" with all the responders - I think that's why it's being kept quiet. Even if they lost evidence of drinking by all the lying and deceit - at the very least, leaving the scene of the accident was apparent.
