Donna Jackson has started several controverses in Catoosa County. All in which involves children. She needs to do research on the subjects before speaking out. Is she just doing this for the attention?

Well separation of church and state must be enforced in government establishments. It should be investigated to be certain the laws are being followed.

I believe the 1st Amendment rights of these children have been trampled on by this woman.I think she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Then deported to California.

You cannot prosecute someone for complaining. Either she will win or she won't win but she has not committed a crime by questioning the constitutionality of it. I want to see how this case pans out. What about students who are not of the Christian religion? There are reasons why the law says one cannot preach on campus in a certain manner. There is the separation of church and state. There was a loophole for them to continue doing what they are doing but not in the exact way they were doing it. No one is violating their freedom of speech. No one can stop a student from praying if they choose to do so the school cannot lead, endorse, or preach it though.
