That clock has never worked properly plus it is not installed in a good place. I was told it cost $10,000.

You mean to tell me that (any) form of government has hesitated at spending the tax payer's hard-earned money???? Well,......good for a Mississippi county. Now if the state and fed's would do the same we'd all be better off.
