Man faces 480 years in prison

ZANESVILLE -- Irvine F. Carnes IV faces as many as 480 years in prison if convicted on 46 counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition.

I just want to know the evidence in this case. Is this kids makin up something to get rid of him or is he actually this sick. Plus he isnt the only one that has this charge in the family do your research and c.

in cambridge all you need is cps saying i believe it happen.a warrantless arrest held.to you give confession.they violate your rights with out proof fact or probbile cause.and convict

he is not fully sentenced yet his sentencing has been posted bon so nobody truely knows if he is guilty or not. but i do know that what u said dot is true i just dont get what the heck happened to this kid

this has to be cambridge ohio .hear they have there own law ivestigation and assessments and ohio law states that the 4th ammendment to the consitution apply to all gov workers .cps needs a warrant and the polices that assist them in there wrong doing they lose there inmunity,they arrest accuse and hold some one for crimes they can not prove befor or after they get confessions in cambridge then the witness fail to show for court and miscommunication is and excuse to not appear twice on a court order and your lawyer files no motion and when you prove the only witness to hearsay .is lieing.with fact not hearsay they allow this injustice to go on .it seem this county saying if you sexaully abuse a child and there is evidence and proof you get less time but if we cann't you do real time i did a sex offenders search and it sad one man arrested for rape gets 90days 80 suspended and the amish man arrest for 11 counts of rape amended down to sexaul battery get 5 yrs.and atempted rape .get 9 yrs on illegally obtained evidence law states that evidence obtained .in violation of the 4th cann' be used this county used illegally obtain evidence and convict people becuase it is the only thing they have.theres no solid proof so when a persons convicted on illegally obtained evidence no solid proof or d.n.a.unreliable hearsay from incompent child this are justice system.
