Cannot give you a list of names here, but it was the usual narrow minded cultural elite of our little town along with some people who could easily be convinced to support a pervert.
Butler Arts was heavily represented and let it be known that when they come begging for money, the checkbooks will stay in peoples pockets. Nobody will donate a dime to supporters of a pervert except of course the little crowd of faithfuls.

so sad. I almost killed a child molester in 1998 and i did four years in westren penn. Now it seems you can be a child molester and you get 100 days. The justice system has problems in butler

Justin,

I see that you were charged with some crimes against a minor as well, but the serious sexual assault charges were dropped... You are an innocent man...

Here is my question. What were the circumstances involved in even being charged? The reason I ask is the DA's office has shown a pattern of charging very serious crimes lately and then have not had enough to go forward. Kind of like a revenge issue. Was this the case?

Revenge... Enough said. The county has close to 100 felonies against me at one time including a charge of conspiricy to commit murder WHEN I WAS IN JAIL...I won them all. Those were what you call puff charges i did not get one day in jail. Also that should be LOCKED like the rest of my record. Fact that is not is a violation of my plea agreement.

Justin you should look into that. If you want to know how I got that stuff I would be glad to help you. It's actually a great research tool. You can keep up with cases in real time.

It's a shame you cant do a thing to the procecutors for overstuffing charges. I always thought to bring charges forward you had to have enough to make them stick. I have seen the DA's office levy charges just to intimidate a plea bargain out of someone.

Gotta watch out for those in-home private lessons. See the following article from NY for some striking parallels to the Rasely case.
