Butler police, NJ Transit warn pedestrians about jaywalking across Route 23 intersection

The Butler Police Department and NJ Transit will be trying to raise awareness about the dangers of jaywalking across busy Route 23 at Kiel Avenue.

Maybe if they timed the lights so you'd have enough time to actually get across the bloody highway this wouldn't be an issue.

so true...the same for clinton road lights..the first light changes by the time you get 100 ft to the second like (10 - 15 seconds) the other light is red already, not even allowing 1 car to go through, needless to say i've been stuck during 3 lights just trying to cross the street.
