Beware of the new stop signs on Myrtle Ave in Butler. If you do not come to a FULL STOP you will get a ticket. The police car hides out on Richard Court. Speed bumps would have work just a easy but the town would not collect money from speed bumps. The Town people should have thought of the long term problems that a ticket brings on someone and not just more money in their pockets.

Towns will be increasingly more likely to look to ways to extract as much money as possible from taxpayers, drivers, and citizens by any means, legal or otherwise. Police will be used as legalized bandits to rob people at virtual gunpoint. Hiding by a stop sign and laying in ambush is a tactic that will doubtless relieve drivers of hundreds of dollars in the ensuing months. In this the police become not much more than a public nuisance.

Having said that, most drivers think that "full stop" means rolling past a stop sign or making a right turn on red at speeds up to 30 miles an hour.

Butler stands to make money from this, even though most of it ends up with the state, which is another bankrupt entity looking for new ways to rob citizens.
