Is the name of this school not St.(Saint) John's? Is he not a religious character???? What is the complaint? A school named after a religious character should not sing a song about how in AMERICA we still trust in God? Get REAL!!! Why are these 2 children in this (Saint John's) school anyway? I would say they don't deserve any money, but need to be more careful where they send their children to school if they don't want them to learn American values.

St. Johns is the county in which the school is located. It is a public school.

So when they start singing songs to Allah....are YOU going to move out of your county? You just don't get the part about separating Church and State.

I am John, I'm a saint. But, I'm certainly not a religious character.
BTW, you can sing songs about me if you wish.

Allah is a word for God....Our country's motto is "In God We Trust". If it said Allah instead, it STILL means God. I DO understand the concept of separation of church and state....we homeschooled our children. There is NOTHING in the constitution about separation of church and state...what it does say is the gov't." shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." If these parents don't like our National motto, they have the freedom to homeschool, or go elsewhere. What is their problem? Singing this song in school does not interfere with the free exercise of any religion.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Leo

Your sunny temperament has returned, dear Leo, as the Sun and Venus dance in Sagittarius and the marvellous Moon shines in your sign. Whatever the day has to offer, it should bring you some pleasure and laughter, so arrange something nice if you don't have anything planned. Your power to charm is considerable right now and it will make you a big hit with whoever gets the full force of it. But don't give someone the come-on if you don't mean it.
