Body of Missing Swimmer Found in St. Augustine

Investigators believe they have found the body of a man from Haiti who disappeared while swimming in the Matanzas Inlet.

Another classic example of Dumbassicide! Just think as a Haitian he should have been a great swimmer after all his family probably swam ashore from a makeshift raft when they relocated to Florida in the first place.

you should watch the news everyday because they will warn you of dangerous rip tides and under tows. All week they said not to go swimming at the beach and to stay at the pool. Please pray for his family

This is definitely a dangerous place to swim. I've surfed there many times and there are strong currents, runouts, and sharks. When the tide starts going out, they hang out in the mouth of the inlet to hunt for fish. I'm surprised he wasn't all chewed up.
