On this day, regular unleaded gasoline was being sold at prices from $3.63 to $3.75 per gallon in Amarillo - mostly $3.75. In Plainview, New Deal and other small communities, the price was $3.39. In Lubbock, prices were from $3.30 to $3.39 per gallon.
